Excited! This is how I feel about our new FruitFast blog. My name is Mary Waller and I have been working for Brownwood Acres for 10 years. I am 48 years old, married, and have been blessed with three wonderful children.

Being born into a generation where a typewriter was a fascinating tool, I am still trying to figure out what a “blog” is and I hope you will all help me along the way with your comments and suggestions.

I am fortunate enough to work in a wonderful atmosphere where real people still answer the phones – not machines. I have made many new friends during my time here at Brownwood and hope to continue making many more.

It is such a rewarding job when customers call to tell me how well they are doing with our products. My grandson Jake thinks the Wild Blueberry bars are candy – of course, I let him think they are – and just smile knowing he is getting his 2 fruits a day with only 5 grams of sugar.
